Cooperate with Whitestone Law to enable effective service delivery.
10. Fees and Payment
Professional fees and disbursements will be communicated at the outset of engagement.
Fees are payable under the terms of our invoices and costs agreement.
Any fee disputes must be raised promptly and will be addressed in good faith.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whitestone Law disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Website or reliance on Website content.
While Whitestone Law exercises care in providing legal services, no guarantee is made as to outcomes of legal matters.
12. Indemnity
